Depending on the age of your child, we can guide you to teach your child healthy sleep habits, no matter where you happen to live in the world.

newborns

The first few weeks of life are the ideal time to incorporate healthy sleep habits in your baby to lay the foundation that will allow your baby to sleep through the night.

This plan includes:

  • Initial evaluation based on an exploratory questionnaire in which you tell us about your baby, current routines, and sleep habits.
  • One-hour individual consultation where we establish goals for your baby and strategies to promote healthy sleep habits that will last A LIFETIME.
  • Step-by-step guide with routines for naps, bedtime, schedules, and nighttime sleep, all formulated according to your baby’s needs.
  • We’ll be there for you for the following two weeks with follow-ups tailored to the age of your baby. During this time we will help you to achieve sleep goals and resolve any complications that may arise.

Throughout this plan, you will learn:

  • Strategies to promote the development of your baby’s internal clock
  • Safe sleep practices
  • All about naps: when, where, and how
  • Suggestions for your baby’s bedroom

*This plan is not intended to help newborns sleep through the night. Many newborns will not be ready for longer periods of sleep until they are older and have matured physically and mentally. This plan will help you lay the foundation for healthy sleep habits and gradually guide your child towards sleep independence.

As your little one grows, their sleep can be disrupted due to the different stages of development. Like other life skills, you can teach your baby sleep skills and healthy sleep habits.

This plan includes:

  • Initial evaluation based on an exploratory questionnaire in which you tell us about your baby, current routines, and sleep habits.
  • One-hour individual consultation where we establish goals for your baby and strategies to promote healthy sleep habits that will last A LIFETIME.
  • Step-by-step guide with routines for naps, bedtime, schedules, and nighttime sleep, all formulated according to your baby’s needs.
  • We’ll be there for you for the following two weeks with follow-ups tailored to the age of your baby. During this time we will help you to achieve sleep goals and resolve any complications that may arise.

With this plan, your baby will:

  • Sleep through the night (10-12 hours).
  • Fall asleep independently without any external props. If you are breastfeeding, you can continue to do so; we are pro-lactation!
  • Wake up in the morning at a reasonable time.
  • Take restful naps.
  • Generate a positive sleep association.

Whether it’s the transition from their crib to a bed, leaving naps behind, or managing night terrors, we can guide you through these changes and help the entire family sleep better.

  • One-hour individual consultation where we establish goals for your child and strategies to promote healthy sleep habits that will last A LIFETIME.
  • Step-by-step guide with routines for naps, bedtime, schedules, and nighttime sleep, all formulated according to your child’s needs.
  • We’ll be there for you for the following two weeks with follow-ups tailored to the age of your child. During this time we will help you to achieve sleep goals and resolve any complications that may arise.

With this plan, your child will:

  • Come to feel secure and calm in their own room without the need for a parent’s constant presence.
  • Make the transition from crib to bed.
  • Sleep through the night (10-12 hours).
